History: Revolutions - Russian Revolutions Targeted Evaluation Tasks (TET) - Units 3 and 4*

Our History: Revolutions - Russian Revolutions Targeted Evaluation Tasks (TET) are written by experienced VCE teachers, who are also VCE Exam Assessors. These tasks are available exclusively to schools and are available in electronic or hardcopy format. A variety of tasks are available for Unit 3 and Unit 4.

Students are not permitted to order these tasks.

The History: Revolutions - Russian Revolutions Targeted Evaluation Tasks (TET) are offered to schools copyright free for the restricted use of students of that school only.

TSSM's Targeted Evaluation Tasks (TET) are designed to target the key areas of the Study Design for History: Revolutions - Russian Revolutions. These tasks are a valuable resource with which to assess the coursework components of Units 3 and 4 History: Revolutions - Russian Revolutions. All tasks are supplied with full solutions.

Targeted Evaluation Tasks for History: Revolutions - Russian Revolutions have been prepared for Units 3 and 4. The following package is available to schools:

Unit 3 and 4 Package includes 4 tasks -
 

Outcome 1 for Area of Study 1 (Two options included):

1. Analyse the causes of revolution and evaluate the contribution of significant ideas, events, individuals and popular movements through an evaluation of historical sources.
2. Analyse the causes of revolution and evaluate the contribution of significant ideas, events, individuals and popular movements through an essay.

Outcome 2 for Area of Study 2 (Two options included):

1. Analyse the consequences of revolution and evaluate the extent of continuity and change in the post-revolutionary society through an historical inquiry.
2. Analyse the consequences of revolution and evaluate the extent of continuity and change in the post-revolutionary society through extended responses.

These tasks provide teachers with a degree of flexiblity when setting assessment tasks for their students. While TSSM thoroughly checks the accuracy and relevance of these Targeted Evaluation Tasks (TET), prior to assessing students, it is the individual school's responsibility to ensure that these are an appropriate form of assessment.

*Unit 3 Targeted Evaluation Tasks (TET) will be released on February 7, 2024 and Unit 4 will be released on May 22, 2024. Orders made in advance are welcome.
