David first joined the TSSM team in 2007.

David is an inspiring teacher dedicated to Chemistry, Further Mathematics and Mathematical Methods.

His love for his subject areas is contagious and has made David a great asset to his students. David's depth of knowledge in the three subjects and his excellent communication skills ensure that every student that experiences him as a teacher is one step closer to achieving their desired study scores.

David is also experienced with developing VCE resources for TSSM used by students and schools alike.


Teaching Philosophy:

Teaching is more than just transmitting information; students have phones that can get all the information they need. Teachers need to teach skills, inspire passion, ground the information in reality and link it to a students everyday life to be effective.
