Role at TSSM:

Michael has been a member of the TSSM team since 2011. Since joining the team, Michael has been busy preparing a number of resources for VCE students and schools. His friendly and approachable teaching style has helped many of his students achieve excellent results.


Teaching Philosophy:

Michael believes that a good teacher will effectively communicate with students and be adaptable in the approach and delivery of content. Clear explanations and a combination of traditional teaching methods, visual explanations and use of technology lead to improved student understanding. Michael challenges students to think outside the square and apply their knowledge to a variety of practical applications. Michael also believes that building relationships with students and creating an enjoyable class environment is important to achieving excellent results.
