Students will be encouraged to develop a practical grasp of all Unit 3 Areas of Study including; Reading and responding to texts, Creating texts and will be studying their choice of the specific Framework of Ideas. Choices are writing about: Personal Journeys Play Country Protest.

This is an essay writing workshop that will focus on building and improving essay writing skills in preparation for Unit 2 studies. Students will be encouraged to develop a practical understanding of all Unit 2 Areas of Study including; Reading and comparing texts; and Analysing & presenting argument

English - September Holiday Program - Unit 2

This is an essay writing workshop that will focus on building and improving essay writing skills in preparation for the Unit 2 examination. Students will be encouraged to develop a practical grasp of all Unit 2 Areas of Study including: Reading and exploring texts; and Exploring argument.

Analysing Argument - Exam Preparation

Students will be encouraged to develop a practical grasp of all Units 3 and 4 Areas of Study under the new Study Design including; Reading and responding to texts; Creating texts; Reading and responding to texts; and Analysing argument.

Chronicle of a Death Foretold - Exam Preparation

Students will be encouraged to develop a practical grasp of all Units 3 and 4 Areas of Study under the new Study Design including; Reading and responding to texts; Creating texts; Reading and responding to texts; and Analysing argument. This two hour session on Chronicle of a Death Foretold will focus on section A of the English exam. The text response component is worth one-third of the total assessment for the examination and therefore attending this component is critical.

Born a Crime - Exam Preparation

Students will be encouraged to develop a practical grasp of all Units 3 and 4 Areas of Study under the new Study Design including; Reading and responding to texts; Creating texts; Reading and responding to texts; and Analysing argument. This two hour session on Born a Crime will focus on section A of the English exam. High Ground - Exam Preparation

This two hour session on High Ground will focus on section A of the English exam. This two hour session on Oedipus the King will focus on section A of the English exam. Framework of Ideas - Writing about Personal Journeys - Exam Preparation

This four and a half hour session on the Framework of Ideas - Writing about Personal Journeys will focus on section B of the English exam, Creating Text. This four and a half hour session on the Framework of Ideas - Writing about Protest will focus on section B of the English exam, Creating Text. The creating text section is worth one-third of the total assessment for the examination and therefore attending this component is critical.
