Role at TSSM:

Camille has been an important academic member of staff at TSSM since 2024.

Camille is a brilliant teacher of Health and Human Development and Biology, who is able to integrate both the need for academic rigor whilst supporting students through their education, and who is able to engage her students by getting them involved in the learning process; as such, she is able to help her students achieve exceptional study scores each year.

A true asset to the TSSM team, Camille is also part of TSSM's writing team, assisting in the development of exceptional VCE resources used by thousands of students and schools alike.

Teaching Philosophy:

Camille believes in teaching the whole individual, ensuring that students continue beyond their schooling years to live happy and healthy lives. She emphasises fostering a positive growth mindset, encouraging students to thrive on challenges throughout life and view failure as an opportunity for growth. This approach extends beyond teaching the curriculum, focusing on guiding students to become respectful members of the community.

In the classroom, Camille believes that everyone contributes as a student, teacher, and thinker, learning as much from students as they learn in return. Recognising that true learning involves diverse types of knowledge, she employs a range of teaching methods to accommodate the varied learning styles of students.
