Role at TSSM:

Deborah has been a valuable member of the TSSM team since 2024.

A teacher since 2015, Deborah has developed an expertise in VCE Chemistry.

As a specialist teacher and with a passion for Chemistry, Deborah has an ability to simplify difficult concepts into easy to follow steps helping her students achieve exceptional VCE results. Seeing her students do so well continues to provide Deborah with the motivation to keep learning, enhancing and improving so that her students too can continue to excel.

At TSSM, Deborah is involved in presenting our Head Start and Exam Preparation programs and producing high quality VCE resources used by thousands of students and teachers alike.


Teaching Philosophy:

As a 31-year-old female chemistry teacher, Deborah's teaching philosophy centres on igniting a passion for science through engaging, hands-on learning experiences while fostering strong, supportive relationships with her students. Deborah believes that understanding each student's unique strengths and challenges allows her to create a nurturing environment where curiosity thrives and personal growth is encouraged.
