Emily is a dedicated teacher who has been part of the team at TSSM since 2022.

Emily brings life to any presentation that she takes with her enthusiasm for the sciences in particular for Environmental Science and Biology. She is a passionate teacher who is able to explain difficult concepts in an easy to understand way.

Since 2017, Emily has been an teacher helping VCE students excel in their subjects in preparation for their examinations. As an VCAA assessor, Emily has a key understanding of how the VCE examinations are marked and how to obtain the maximum grade possible. With this knowledge, Emily is able to assist her students to maximise their study scores.

Emily plays an important role at TSSM, being part of our writing and presenting team, developing exceptional VCE resources that are used by thousands of students and teachers alike.


Teaching Philosophy:

Emily is passionate about developing Scientific Literacy in students, and providing students with the skills and knowledge they need to make informed decisions about scientific issues in the real-world.


Interests:

Emily is an avid reader and in her spare time enjoy spending time with her family and two dogs.
