Since 2005 Geoffrey has taught exclusively for TSSM. Geoffrey is an extremely valuable member of the TSSM Mathematics and Physics teaching team.

Geoffrey enjoys working with students in small groups, his ability to listen and explain concepts in a way that students can understand and relate to, has enabled him to help countless students to achieve success in VCE Mathematics and Physics.

Geoffrey's real world experience as a Civil engineer before becoming a Mathematics and Physics teacher gives his students a deep insight of the subjects in a practical sense. His experience as a teacher spans over three decades making his expertise in the two subjects unparalleled. With this level of understanding Geoffrey has also played a large role in writing extremely high quality VCE resources for TSSM.

Teaching Philosophy:

Geoffrey believes students can benefit from clear revision of a subject and practice working through a variety of problems. He welcomes questions and enjoys finding creative ways to help students understand concepts in practical contexts. He always aims to increase the confidence of a student in their ability to apply their knowledge of a subject to the world around them.
