Karel has been part of the TSSM academic team since 2018.

Karel is an experienced Mathematics teacher who loves to help students delve into the subject and gain a deeper understanding of Mathematical Methods and Specialist Mathematics. This helps students achieve their very best in their studies.

Karel has helped produce TSSM Mathematics resources by being a keen eye when proof reading material prior to publication. Her insight and accuracy proves to be an essential step in the process when delivering excellent resources used by students and teachers alike.


Teaching Philosophy:

Karel would like to share her passion for mathematics with interested people. She believes teaching and learning is a conversation.When an understanding of the concepts is achieved, then the pleasure in pursuing the "what if..?" can be wonderful.


Interests:

When not tutoring VCE mathematics students, Karel likes to spend time in her garden, walk in the bush, tap dance and play with her grandchildren.
