Kate is a dedicated teacher who has been part of the team at TSSM since 2022.

Kate brings life to any presentation that she takes with her enthusiasm for Food Studies. With three years working as a Food Scientist prior to becoming a teacher, Kate has developed numerous skills that she has been able to bring into the classroom and help her students understand the content in a more practical way.

Since 2013, Kate has been an educator helping VCE students excel in their examinations. As a VCAA assessor, Kate has a key understanding of how the VCE examinations are marked and how to obtain the maximum grade possible.

Kate plays an important role at TSSM, being part of our writing and presenting team, developing exceptional VCE resources that are used by thousands of students and teachers alike.

Teaching Philosophy:

Kate is a Food Studies and Science teacher who believes the two subjects go hand in hand. She believes that every student can experience success no matter what this success look like.

With a background as a Food Scientist and a passion for teaching, Kate works hard to ensure that she delivers her best for all the students she teaches.
