Role at TSSM:

Lauren has been part of TSSM’s Mathematics team since 2025, and has taken up opportunities to teach HSC Mathematics Standard, 1&2, HSC Mathematics Advanced and Mathematics Extension 1&2 to many students. This has provided her with the chance to quickly develop as a Mathematics teacher, leading her students towards impressive study scores.

Lauren has been teaching since 2018. She is extremely knowledgeable, which gives her the ability to simplify difficult topics helping her students achieve exceptional results throughout their journey.

Lauren is a motivated teacher who makes use of available resources to enhance and improve her teaching abilities so her students can continue to excel.

At TSSM, Lauren also plays an important role in producing high quality resources in HSC Mathematics.


Teaching Philosophy:

Lauren encourages her students to embrace the challenges of mathematics and develop persistence in overcoming difficulties. While Mathematics can be complex, consistent practice fosters growth and understanding.

Lauren believes all students are capable of success if they are willing to engage and persevere. Her approach to teaching Mathematics promotes problem-solving, real-world applications, and encourages students to have confidence in their mathematical thinking.
