Paul joined TSSM in 2011. He has shown great initiative not only in writing but also presenting. Paul's attention to detail has made him a highly valued staff member. Not only do the staff find Paul a pleasure to work with, the students find him very helpful and engaging.

Teaching Philosophy:

Paul’s philosophy of teaching is that education is a lifelong journey. Learning does not only occur in a classroom. We learn from family, from friends, at work and from the ever changing technological environment around us. Teaching and learning should be fun, invoking curiosity. Paul tries to incorporate practical examples from his own experiences as a manager in his Business Management lessons so that the theory and content are seen as more relevant to his students.
