Shane has been part of the TSSM’s Mathematics team since 2024. He is an extremely passionate teacher who enjoys seeing his students achieve their learning outcomes while scoring impressive study scores.

Shane has taught senior Mathematics since 2016 giving him extensive experience in multiple subjects such as General Mathematics, Mathematical Methods and Foundation Mathematics.

Shane is a motivated teacher who makes use of available resources to enhance and improve his teaching abilities so his students can continue to excel.

Shane also plays an important role in producing high quality VCE resources used by many teacher and students in General Mathematics, Foundation Mathematics and Mathematical Methods for TSSM.

Teaching Philosophy:

Shane believes in a student centered approach to learning whereby the individual and their needs is pivotal to his approach. Shane believes that everyone can do maths, for some people it just takes a little longer or might require a different approach.
