Role at TSSM:

Vidya has been part of TSSM’s HSC Mathematics team since 2025, and has taken up opportunities to teach HSC Mathematics Standard, 1&2, along with HSC Mathematics Advanced and Extension 1&2 to many students. This has provided her with the chance to quickly develop as a HSC Maths teacher, leading her students towards impressive study scores.

Vidya has been teaching for the past 20 years. She is extremely knowledgeable, which gives her the ability to simplify difficult topics helping her students achieve exceptional results throughout their journey.

Vidya is a motivated teacher who makes use of available resources to enhance and improve her teaching abilities so her students can continue to excel. This has been highlighted as some of her students have attained a perfect score, achieving a Award.

At TSSM, Vidya also plays an important role in producing high quality resources in HSC Mathematics for TSSM.


Teaching Philosophy:

Vidya believes in inspiring and enjoying mathematical education and that the teaching methodology helps to appreciate mathematics in all field and in real life, and pursue career in STEM.
