Winona is a dedicated teacher who has been part of the team at TSSM since 2023.

Winona's expertise is in Biology having studied Biomedicine at the University of Melbourne and having worked as a scientist for 12 months prior to becoming a teacher. This real science experience has given Winona the ability to relate classroom science to real world science which enhances the students understanding of the material whilst keeping them interested.

Winona plays an important role at TSSM, being part of our writing and presenting team, developing exceptional VCE resources that are used by thousands of students and teachers alike.


Teaching Philosophy:

Winona believes in making learning fun. She also lives by study smarter not harder.


Interests:

Winona likes to crochet, and goes indoor bouldering.
She is holds a rank of black belt in Karate and is a junior Karate Instructor
